About this website

These terms apply to the Tenura public website, interactive demonstration and waiting list. Tenura is currently in pre-launch development. Joining the waiting list does not create an account, guarantee access or form a paid subscription.

Interactive demo

The demo uses fictional data created to illustrate the intended product experience. It is not connected to a real inbox or property portfolio, does not perform a production mailbox scan, and its answers must not be treated as legal, financial, tax, compliance or property-management advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the website, test its security without permission or attempt to access systems or data that are not intended for you.
• Do not use automated means to submit excessive waiting-list entries.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party personal information without authority.

Intellectual property

The Tenura name, website design, copy, interface demonstrations and underlying software are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and use the website for your own evaluation of Tenura, but may not copy or commercially exploit it without permission.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of this pre-launch website while Tenura is developed. Features, pricing and product availability shown here may change before public release. We will keep material statements clear and update these terms when necessary.

Liability

We take reasonable care over the website, but provide this pre-launch experience on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Tenura is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on demonstration content or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
