Use the records that already exist
A landlord should not have to rebuild years of property history before software becomes useful.
About Tenura
Tenura is an early-stage AI product for UK portfolio landlords. It starts with a simple observation: the history of a property portfolio is already sitting in email, but it is not organised around the properties themselves.
The product thesis
Property software normally asks an owner to enter the present state of each property. That can be useful, but it leaves years of invoices, certificates, agreements, contractor conversations and decisions behind.
Tenura is being designed to reconstruct that operational history from a read-only email connection. It identifies property-related records, links them to an address and makes the result searchable—with a route back to the original source.
The product is pre-launch. The public demo uses realistic mocked data, and production processing, security and retention terms will be published before general availability.
Product principles
A landlord should not have to rebuild years of property history before software becomes useful.
AI should help retrieve and explain information while keeping the original document one step away.
Tenura organises portfolio history. It does not replace legal, tax, investment or safety advice.
What is public today
The demo uses fictional data to show the intended experience, including sources, confidence states and review issues. It does not connect to an inbox or represent a live customer account.
