Landlord software · UK

Landlord software that starts with the records you already have.

Tenura is being designed to turn years of property email into source-linked draft records. Review the addresses, documents, people, costs and events it detects before accepting them into a portfolio.

Why this exists

Property history should not depend on remembering where to look.

01

Admin is scattered

Important records sit across inboxes, downloads, drives and spreadsheets, with no dependable view of what belongs to each property.

02

Setup becomes a project

Traditional landlord systems often begin with manual data entry. The longer the portfolio has existed, the more history gets left behind.

03

Answers lose their source

A number in a dashboard is less useful when you cannot open the invoice, certificate or agreement that proves it.

The working record

A working portfolio before the first spreadsheet import.

The intended workflow detects likely addresses and attachments, proposes links between contractors, certificates, invoices and tenancy events, and keeps the original source available for review.

Detect likely properties

Identify recurring address references and propose a draft property record.

Organise for review

Suggest links between invoices, certificates, agreements, policies and the relevant record.

Build draft timelines

Arrange dated messages and attachments chronologically while preserving uncertainty.

Ask with evidence

The intended assistant distinguishes stated, calculated and inferred answers and links to sources.

Questions, answered

The practical details.

What kind of landlord software is Tenura?

Tenura is a pre-launch organisation and intelligence layer for a property portfolio. It is being designed to propose source-linked records from email for landlord review, not replace an accounting or tenant-management platform.

Do I need to upload every property document?

Mailbox connection and graduated import options are still in development. The public walkthrough uses fictional data and does not connect to your inbox.

Does Tenura replace my existing landlord tools?

Tenura can sit alongside accounting, rent collection and tenancy systems. Its role is to recover and organise the operational history that is often still scattered through email.

Can I see where an AI answer came from?

Yes. Tenura is designed so answers link back to the original email or document, rather than presenting an unsupported summary.
