History lives by sender, not property
Email naturally groups messages by conversation and contact. A portfolio needs the same information organised by address and event.
Portfolio management software
Tenura is being designed to propose connected records from likely property messages and attachments. Portfolio-level questions can then be explored without losing the source, confidence state or review context.

Why this exists
Email naturally groups messages by conversation and contact. A portfolio needs the same information organised by address and event.
Spreadsheets summarise well, but the document or message behind a cell is usually several searches away.
When a portfolio changes hands or grows, the earliest maintenance, tenancy and insurance context is often the hardest to recover.
The working record
The illustrative experience proposes links between documents, contractors, costs, maintenance and key events, while uncertain matches remain visible for landlord review.
Bring related messages, documents, people and events together around an address.
Search across detected records, then narrow a result to the relevant source.
See where the same contractor, policy or document type appears across multiple properties.
Review what happened, when it happened and which message or attachment recorded it.

Questions, answered
It is software that helps an owner organise and work across multiple properties. Tenura focuses on the operational record: documents, messages, contractors, maintenance, costs and events reconstructed from email.
The intended workflow detects likely property messages and recurring addresses, classifies relevant attachments and proposes a draft timeline. The public demo uses fictional data to show both matches and review issues.
Natural-language search is in development. The illustrative walkthrough filters a small fictional portfolio and links results to mocked sources.
Tenura is being designed so surfaced answers reference their source, such as an invoice, gas certificate or tenancy agreement. Production retention rules are not yet announced.
