Information we collect

When you join the waiting list, we collect the email address you submit. We also record the sign-up date, the controlled website source that led to the form, the waiting-list status and a record-format version so we can manage the entry reliably.

If you choose to accept optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process information such as pages visited, interactions, approximate location, and device or browser category. Tenura does not intentionally send waiting-list email addresses to Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To manage the Tenura early-access waiting list.
• To send Tenura launch information and relevant product updates.
• To understand and improve website journeys and performance.
• To protect the website and waiting-list process from misuse.

Legal basis

We use the email address you submit because you have asked to receive Tenura launch and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the method included in future update emails or by contacting us.

Storage and sharing

Waiting-list records are stored using Amazon Web Services. Tenura does not sell waiting-list information. Information may be processed by carefully selected service providers that help us operate the website, measure website use, manage email or store waiting-list entries. Google processes analytics information as our analytics provider. Service providers must only process information for the agreed purpose and protect it appropriately.

Retention

We keep waiting-list information while the waiting-list or product-update relationship remains relevant. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, when you unsubscribe, or when a valid deletion request is completed, subject to any information we must retain for legal or operational reasons.

Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Privacy requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected]. An authorised administrator will verify the request where appropriate, complete any required manual change to the waiting-list record and record the request and completion date securely. We do not provide an unauthenticated public deletion endpoint.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics is optional. Google Analytics 4 is not loaded until you choose Accept analytics, and declining does not affect necessary website functionality or the waiting-list form. If accepted, Google Analytics may set or read analytics cookies and process the usage and technical information described above.

You can decline analytics on your first visit or change your choice later through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future Tenura analytics calls and removes known first-party Google Analytics cookies where the browser permits, but it cannot recall information already transmitted. Current product-data scope

The public website does not connect to Gmail or Outlook, scan a mailbox, upload property documents or create a customer portfolio. The interactive demo uses fictional data. Do not submit property documents, tenant details or other sensitive information through the waiting-list form or by email.

Before production mailbox access

A future product may process property correspondence and attachments that contain information about landlords, tenants, guarantors, contractors, advisers and other people. Before that access is offered, Tenura will publish the applicable data categories, purposes, lawful bases, provider and subprocessor details, international-transfer safeguards, retention and deletion rules, AI-provider terms, training restrictions, data-residency position and user controls.

The service is being designed around data minimisation, source links and landlord review. Those design intentions are not a statement that a production integration or a particular technical safeguard is already available.
